FCF Fire & Electrical posting, delivery and Pricing Policies

All orders to be in Australia only

Note: We do not deliver to Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes or premises with no person to take deliver.

Once you have ordered your product online, we appreciate your urgency to receive your item. We will endeavour to deliver in a timely manner. To allow for free postage, the delivery of equipment will depend on the scheduled fire technician runs. In the case that the fire equipment is required urgently please make our staff or fire safety franchisee aware so they can personally work out the best method of delivery to your preferred time frame, this may incur an hourly charge rate which is at the franchisee’s determination.

Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at your designated shipping address as charges for every re-delivery attempt may occur.

Orders will be dispatched the same day where possible, by the appropriate franchisee. The delivery can be tracked by contacting the franchisee or the support office on 1300 323 753.

Note– some restrictions apply to the shipping of fire extinguishers and certain goods which we sell, should this affect your order we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

Acceptance of Goods:

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify FCF Fire & Electrical immediately, by email at

FCF Fire & Electrical will take care in packaging items and inspect all stock before delivery for faults. FCF Fire & Electrical reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty. Claims will be reviewed and a response given with 48 hours of receipt of item. Postage of this item will be refunded on receipt by FCF Fire & Electrical of the item being deemed faulty or an FCF Fire Technician will attend the drop off location to collect the products. If an item has a request to replace on your order receipt form received with your purchase, a replacement will be sent free of charge. If the item is unable to be replaced a full refund will be given by way of credit card reimbursement.

Order Cancellations

Services/ Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order or service has not yet been shipped or scheduled for delivery with the products on-board the Fire Technicians vehicle. A processing fee might be applied at our discretion.


FCF Fire & Electrical reserves the right to change prices without notice, due to insurance increases or dollar exchange rate fluctuations. Due to high performance fire extinguishers being sought out globally the Australian dollar can reflect pricing. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).


If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information/ typo, FCF Fire & Electrical reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order.

FCF Fire & Electrical Return Policies

Returns & Exchanges for Online Orders

Returns & Exchanges for online orders will be happily accepted where the product has not been used, or serviced by another provider or altered in any way and is with original packaging. The products must also have all original tags attached.

You can return or exchange products to our online store within 7 days of receiving your item(s), most fire items have a shelf life and are dated and therefore returns must be immediate. A minimum re-stocking fee may apply.

To return merchandise to our online store securely pack the return merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box (at your cost), please send us an email to  so we can forward our return address. Alternatively an FCF Territory manager may collect the items at a cost, selected by the territory manager.

We advise that when sending your return parcel, that you use a postal tracing service to ensure the safe delivery to us.

In the event that the FCF Fire Technician is gathering the products the same process will apply, excluding the postal tracking.
